The top story this week was Cheyenne, WY earning the People’s Choice Award in Tnemec’s Tank of the Year competition. RadTech North America’s Mickey Fortune’s thoughts on Carlyle Group and Qatar Investment Authority’s acquisition of BASF Coatings and the role that energy curing can play was the second most read this week. BASF’s collaboration with Xiaomi on new car colors was third, followed by BASF’s plans to sell its Coatings division to Carlyle Group and the Qatar Investment Authority in fourth, and Sherwin-Williams’ new facility in Central Canada rounding out the top five.
